Bryan R. Milks

We decided to use Bryan Milks as an attorney for a real estate purchase. His secretary never filed paper work necessary for closing on 2 separate occasions costing the purchasers thousands of dollars (twice) to have extensions put on their loan. She also forgot to file paper work to have the property... surveyed, causing yet another delay with closing. She also 'forgot' to hold money in escrow. Claiming she didn't have to when she was asked about it or that she simply forgot. His secretary also told myself and the other party different stories on a regular basis to cover for her incompetence. Bryan may be a fantastic lawyer, but you would never know this based on the quality of service you get from his secretary.
