That Judge’s finding of fact are as quoted in the record referencing both my daughter and myself . “I find the exact opposite Its not even close . This child had been damaged by father's behavior and his wife's behavior . There has been a systematic alienation of this child towards her mother”. Attorney Neroni never gave up ! Her efforts prevailed in proving that wrongs had been committed against my grand daughter, my daughter and myself by a Judge who based his finding on a personal grudge rather than law .
