Replied last April 11, 2013The only people who are mad at me are those who wanted to obtain my services for free and got rejected. I do provide a lot of pro bono representation, but this was not a pro bono case. The reviewer does not provide names of cases, his own name, name of judges and lawyers with whom I was allegedly rude, nor does the reviewer say what did I do wrong in his case. People who want to see my true record will review my performance in court where I am present every day, and will not listen to anonymous bad-mouthing of a client who simply did not want to pay for my services.

MS. NERONI HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE LAW. SHE MADE ME GO TO JAIL FOR NOT OBEYING THE COURT ORDERS. SHE TOLD ME THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO FIGHT IT WITH THE WORDING. DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON WITH YOUR LEGAL MATTERS.

Replied last March 26, 2013It is very difficult to fight with a shadow. I wonder why the review is anonymous, possibly, because the person just wants to say something nasty about me without the danger of being sued for defamation. Outcomes in contempt of court cases, both civil and criminal, depend on many factors, and if a person was sent to jail for contempt of court, that does not mean it happened through poor legal representation. From what is stated in the review, I cannot guess who that was, but I never had my clients go to jail for contempt of court, this is pure defamation. I do have a good record though in winning motions in the Supreme Court, Family court and criminal courts. In my 4 years of legal career I won 3 partial reversals on appeal and set the law in Appellate Court, 3rd Dept on a due process issue (Kreamer v. Town of Oxford), and set the law in Northern District of New York on a due process issue (Argro v. Osborne).
