Mr. McCarthy represents and individual and institutional clients in real estate transactions, estate planning and administration, Landlord-Tenant issues, and, most often, with litigation matters. He is admitted to practice in New York State and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
For his undergraduate education, Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Syracuse University. Ryan obtained his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 2011.
