Ryan was an asset during a very difficult situation I found myself in after I was wronged by multiple departments within my city with thousands of dollars of material on the line. I wa...s very impressed with how knowledgeable Ryan was on municipal codes, regulations and guidances both on a city level (of a neighboring county) and a federal level, navigating guidances from the department of the interior.
