HIGHLY RECOMMEND Janet and her Immigration Firm!
I retained Ms. Janet Moon to prepare me for and accompany me to my N-400 Citizenship Interview. Even though Janet said she didn’t do much during the interview, because I was doing well on my own, the truth is she did a lot!!  Janet was extremely helpful with her knowledge of immigration law and advice on how I should approach the interview. Her familiarity with the local system was also very useful. You will find Janet is a very nice, easy-going and very effective professional.  Janet did an outstanding job introducing my case at the beginning of the interview. Her knowledge gives you confidence you are prepared and she will have your back if needed. The easy-going way she presents herself makes you feel comfortable, like you have a friend by and on your side.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Janet and her Immigration Firm!

Emergency Immigration Assitance
We hired Janet to help us with an unexpected green card issue that was urgent. We had no idea what to do or where to go for help and were referred to Janet by an acquaintance. She responded extremely quickly to our first message and after a couple brief emails and a short phone call, she was able to resolve the situation favorably by writing to the USCIS office in Buffalo. I can't imagine a more positive experience with a lawyer or recommend her enough.

Highly Recommended
I am foreign, my then boyfriend (now husband) is a US Citizen, we first met with Janet for advice and guidance about our options as my tourist visa was about to expire. Janet is very knowledgeable with a kind and gentle manner, she made our options clear, was explicit about the costs/charges involved and these did not change during the eight months we worked together, there were no extra or hidden costs. We hired Janet and her team to support us putting our Green Card application together. She was honest and accurate about different timelines throughout and gave us clear instructions about what evidence we needed to provide for our case. Janet made a complex system as simple as she could and she and her team were always approachable and reassuring with any questions we had and so prompt and clear in all their communications, they clearly work well together and submitted a thorougher, professional and successful application on our behalf. We would highly recommend Janet and her team.

I highly recommend Janet: she is a professional expert who is very knowledgeable, very helpful and there for you at every step o
After trying unsuccessfully for two years by ourselves to obtain our permanent residency, we decided that we need an immigration attorney and chose Moon Law Office LLC based on ratings. And that was one of the best decisions my husband and I ever had. We first had a consulting session with them and learn that we were all wrong in the way we were applying for the green card. After getting their recommendations, we were going to go back and continue trying ourselves because we were falsely assuming that hiring an attorney would be unaffordable for us (we are both doctoral students with limited income). Learning their rates, we were amazed: it was affordable and we soon learned that it was also the best thing to do. Janet and Diane did everything for us: 1- They recommended a specific plan, a possible timeline and constant feedback. 2- We had to filled in the forms that they told us how to fill (most of the time in consultation with them) 3- They have successfully applied for us as our attorney and they kept records of everything which is extremely useful and handy 4- For every single question/concerns that we had, they were there for us. Janet’s response time was very fast, she was always very kind and helpful and explained very clearly the reasons behind her decisions and advice. 5- They follow our case closely, they were extremely accurate with the timeline of events and very knowledgeable about the whole process. 6- They prepared us for everything Thanks to Moon Law Office LLC, we obtained our green card in 5 months, the same card that we had tried to get for two years. They were amazing Besides being kind, knowledgeable, clear, professional, helpful, affordable and accurate, one thing that made Moon Law Offices special was their genuine care. They really do care and it shows. I and my husband strongly recommend Moon Law Office LLC based on our belief that together with their genuine care and expert knowledge, Janet Moon and her staff are the best immigration attorneys one can get to handle their immigration cases.

Not professional
She charges $300/hr and would not even remember basic details about your case which in turn makes you reitarate the same information while paying her again for it. In addition, she would charge me several times for reading the SAME documents PRIOR to consultations. I obviously agree lawyers should get paid for their time for things like this, but it happened several times when documents didn't change and I felt her approach was somewhat deceiving. Because I was in (what I thought at the time) a delicate situation (which now I'm realizing wasn't ANYYHING to ever worry about in the first place), instead of having clarity and a sense of ease, I would almost always leave my "consultations" with her feeling more stressed and fearful. I felt I had to keep coming back for more consultations, and it ended up being insanely expensive for no reason other than I had to keep reminding her of previously reviewed documents. Just another small example is that she charged me $75 dollars for a 6 minute phone call, where I only asked her to confirm the deadline that was outlined on the USCIS website.... I would never recommend her services to anyone
