Over five weeks of our cooperation on a J-1 visa waver, the attorney filled out a two page application form with serious omissions and mistakes. She prepared an erroneous action plan and never replied on any of my corrections and clarifications demands. The said attorney did not return any of the app...roximately twenty phone messages left on her voice mail and through her secretary by my employer and me. Neither did she respond on several emails from me and my employer asking for explanation of her long pauses between replies and then complete silence for over three weeks with no regard to my time sensitive case. Finally, instead of working on my J-1 visa waver she reviewed my employment contract, something that I had never asked her to do, and charged me for that.
