Dont

I was very disappointed with my experience with this attorney. Communication was extremely difficult, and many of my questions and concerns about my case went unanswered. I repeatedly requested that certain motions be filed and issues addressed in court, but those requests were not acted on despite t...he importance they had for my case. At times I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and that key issues affecting my ability to pursue my legal rights were not being addressed. This left me feeling unsupported and unsure about how my case was being handled. Clients rely on their attorneys for guidance, communication, and advocacy. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. I would strongly encourage anyone considering hiring this attorney to carefully evaluate whether the level of communication and responsiveness will meet their needs. Why this type gets approved Avvo usually approves reviews that: Describe your experience Avoid claiming the attorney committed a crime Avoid calling them unethical or corrupt directly Focus on communication, responsiveness, and representation quality Things that often get rejected Saying the lawyer lied, committed malpractice, fraud, or misconduct Mentioning active litigation accusations Threatening language Naming judges or ongoing legal claims A trick that helps reviews get approved Use phrases like: “In my experience…” “I felt that…” “Communication was difficult…” “Requests were not acted on…”

Felt like family defending yoi

I was falsely accused of pulling a gun on somebody. I was completely innocent. My face was all over the news and I was embarrassed. Brian came to court and got me out of jail in a day. He had video showing my innocence. He was there to turn myself in and fought hard to prove my case. Answered every p...hone call and not one time did I feel alone through that time of my life. He’s the type of lawyer where you think. I’m ok. I have Brian on my side.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
