Frank Ventre, Jr., principal attorney, is a graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law with JD degree. Admitted to practice law in New York in 1965.
A member of the New York State Bar Association. Also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of South Carolina. Admitted to practice in the federal courts, including the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Ventre served as Special Trial Counsel for the City of Syracuse, and served as a member of the Insurance, Negligence and Compensation Law Section, and Committee on Products Liability Insurance of the New York State Bar Association.
A member of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section, New York State Bar Association. Wills, Estate Planning, Trusts and Power of Attorneys. Medicaid, Nursing Home Planning and preservation of family assets.
Mr. Ventre is experienced in complex divorce, custody and family court matters.
He is a member of the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, and served as a member of the Special Committee on Equitable Distribution, Committee on Quality of Family Law Practice, and Committee on Certification of Family Law Specialists
Extensive experience in serious personal injury litigation, medical and hospital malpractice, wrongful death, divorce and family law, elder law, wills, estate planning, real estate and business law.

Beware
I went to him for a free consultation for a divorce. He shoved a retainer agreement at me and insisted I sign it and hand him $3,000. When I decided not to retain his services he took me to small claims court for $650.00 for his time he spent with me.
