Mary A. Felasco

This women does not care about the cases assigned to her as a public defender. She lies to her clients and threatens them with excessive prison time unless they come up with ludicrous amounts of money, only to have the sentence reduced to a minimum of three years so they can “qualify for shock incarc...eration”. She doesn’t return phone calls. She doesn’t help the client in any way. She is a former DA in Onondaga and Oswego County and simply does whatever they tell her to do. She will not fight for you. She will not help you. She doesn’t care because she gets paid the same amount regardless of your outcome. If you are assigned her as your attorney I strongly advise to immediately ask for someone else. She is incompetent, lazy and full of hot air. Run. Unless you enjoy prison. Because having her as your lawyer is a guarantee to end up there.

Been battling a criminal case sense dec 2021 I’m the victim this women is out of her mind. Slow like milking the cow and beating around the bush. If your a guy your all in and good. I’m a fighter I’ll win even if I have to do it alone I have more then enough evidence. A crime is a crime my child now ...suffers from falscos clients actions not cool not one bit game on

Mary is a horrible attorney. Mary will make promises and then ignore your calls for absolutely no logical reason. She ran for DA in 2011 and is afraid to do anything against Gregory Oakes and the Oswego County DA's office. She withdrew as my council during court proceedings after I told the judge a l...ittle about the situation. She then had the audacity to accuse me (in court) of disparaging her. How dare you make those accusations, Mary Felasco. You should be disbarred.

i hired mary to do a custody and visitation case because it was gonna be a battle, the whole time i kept telling her i would not agree to a 50 50 visitation schedule because there were issues that needed to be brought up in court, she told me i could not use the evidence until trial...also numerous e...mails and phone calls went unanswered and if she did answer them it was just one sentence, and very short like she had no time for my concerns. so i met with her the day before court and all she dod was look at the clock numerous times so i took the hint that she just had no time for me at all...then the next day at court she had pitched to the judge a visitation schedule i knew nothing about until she told me after she got the judges approval...then i was pressured to agree with it and then the next day i told her i changed my mind because i had told her from day one i didn't agree she then proceeded to tell me all these lies and that if i wanted to throw our the order and go to trial i would have to find another lawyer.....then she proceeded to insult me and tell me she can't work under these conditions so she made herself the victim while im the client paying her 1500 dollars retaining fee...she's not getting anymore of my money seeing how she abandoned my case when we also have a trial date set for June!!!!
