Mary A. Felasco

This women does not care about the cases assigned to her as a public defender. She lies to her clients and threatens them with excessive prison time unless they come up with ludicrous amounts of money, only to have the sentence reduced to a minimum of three years so they can “qualify for shock incarc...eration”. She doesn’t return phone calls. She doesn’t help the client in any way. She is a former DA in Onondaga and Oswego County and simply does whatever they tell her to do. She will not fight for you. She will not help you. She doesn’t care because she gets paid the same amount regardless of your outcome. If you are assigned her as your attorney I strongly advise to immediately ask for someone else. She is incompetent, lazy and full of hot air. Run. Unless you enjoy prison. Because having her as your lawyer is a guarantee to end up there.

Been battling a criminal case sense dec 2021 I’m the victim this women is out of her mind. Slow like milking the cow and beating around the bush. If your a guy your all in and good. Mary is a horrible attorney. Mary will make promises and then ignore your calls for absolutely no logical reason. She ran for DA in 2011 and is afraid to do anything against Gregory Oakes and the Oswego County DA's office. She withdrew as my council during court proceedings after I told the judge a l...ittle about the situation. She then had the audacity to accuse me (in court) of disparaging her. How dare you make those accusations, Mary Felasco. You should be disbarred.
