Jeffrey Paul Reisner

I am a former Judge, former Assistant District Attorney, and civil trial attorney turned Life and Legacy Planner.  I have dealt, and continue to deal, my opponents numerous defeats in the court room, however, my "everybody's got to win" philosophy has always clashed with the adversarial nature of litigation.  Through my  early practice I numerous clients with whom I had close relationships loose significant assets to nursing home care, others whose estate plan had become out-dated and no longer provided for their needs as well as it once had, and still others whose lifteme needs were not met by the "planning" they had done previously.   

These situations combined to create a unique chemistry within me that has fueled my passion to help my clients be certain that their life and legacy plans are fully developed and that my firm's relationship with them is maintained in a manner that ensures that their plans remain fresh and effective throughout their lives, and that their plans are able to be executed by their loved ones with as little court, government and legal intervention as possible. 

A native of Olean, New York , I attended the State University of New York College at Buffalo, and went on to obtain my Juris Doctor from the Franklin Pierce Law Center (Now University of New Hampshire Law School) in 2003.  Since then, I have implemented a unique life and legacy planning process that enables my firm to deliver highly customized estate plans through the interactive involvement of my clients, their financial advisors, CPA's and insurance professionals in the planning process.  My process allows the client to choose exactly what plan is right for them, how it will function, who will be involved, and to what extent.  Working in this manner allows me to deliver high value estate planning solutions to my clients, which they understand thoroughly , and which provide them the security and peace of mind that is so crucial to building a trusting and continual life long relationship, which serves as the foundation of my "everybody's got to win" philosophy.
