Biography
I am a partner with the law firm of Black, Lyle & Habberfield, LLP in Olean, New York and have been pacticing law since 1999. At our law firm we handle solely plaintiff's personal injury cases including car accidents, construction accidents, oil and gas site injuries, slip or trip and fall incidents, dog bites, medical malpractice claims, nursing home abuse and neglect matters and insurance disputes. I am licensed to practice law in both New York and Pennsylvania and have handled hundreds of cases with excellent results for my clients.
I grew up in Sheffield, Pennsylvania and am now a resident of Portville, New York where I have lived since 2002. I have been married to my wife Barbara for fifteen years and I am the proud father of four children (1 son and 3 daughters). I am extremely active in our community and volunteer my time coaching multiple youth sports teams. In my free time, I enjoy basketball, golf, traveling and outdoor activities.
