Mr. Gervais is by far the best lawyer you can retain! As my lawyer he was able to get all DWI charges against me dismissed! As a result of that I was able to keep my CDL licence and my ability to cross the US/ Canadian border for my job. He was always in contact with me about my case , throughout the... whole process. Back in August of 2016, I was arrested for aggrivated DWI. I had my driving priviledges in New York State until my case was settled. Being Canadian, David was kind enough to pick me up on the Canadian side of the border, drive me to the courthouse for my hearing and then drive me back to the Canad...ian border. After presenting my case in a professional manner, the charges against me were dismissed.

I hired Dave Gervais to represent me in my case when I was charged w a DWI and also received 3 other traffic tickets as well one for speed in zone ,no inspection, and moving unsafely between lanes we went to court one time we completed everything and I came out with a reduction to a dwai that is no...t a misdemeanor and they dropped all other charges I only lose my license for 3 months and can have a conditional the minimum fines and 2 minor classes I have to attend.
