Nicholas J. Evanovich III is an attorney with LaMarche Safranko focusing on personal injury litigation and criminal defense. He also served as an adjunct lecturer for SUNY Plattsburgh.
Nicholas has nearly a decade of experience in prosecuting and defending cases. He has also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas J. Doerr in Butler County, Pennsylvania. In addition to Nicholas’ extensive trial experience, he has also successfully argued in Appellate Division and the New York State Court of Appeals, New York’s highest court.

A genuine lawyer

Highly recommend
I hired Nicholas for tickets an officer wrote me. He is easy to contact and communicate with. He went out of his way to meet me before business hours so I didn't have to miss work. Police aren't always right, it's a nice feeling to have the right attorney by your side.
