Dean Carl Schneller

Unbeknownst to me, Dean's practice inherited my Mom's will when her attorney retired a few years, so I came to Dean without having ever met him or dealing with his practice. He made time for me during a very busy week (Thanksgiving) as I was only going to be in town for a couple of days. He guide...d me through everything when it came time to deal with her estate and clearly outlined my choices. In-person, on the phone, and by email, he made sure I understood my options and provided his guidance to help keep me safe from common pitfalls. Fast forward five months and it was time to sell my Mom's house; there was no one else I was going to let handle my affairs beside Dean. He engineered everything clearly so I could do what I needed to do from Ohio and the closing was lightning fast and went without a hitch. Everyone I dealt with at the office (Lynn and Kim) were exceptionally responsive, polite, and made me feel like I was the only person they were dealing with in the moment, something I've not always experienced with other attorneys.
