I was very pleased having Dean Schneller's Law firm manage my real estate transactions. Dean and his staff, Kim and Lynn, communicated in a polite and timely manner throughout the process. Communicative Lawyer

Knowledgeable, responsive, and professional describe the Law Offices of Dean C. Schneller. Dean provided a thorough review of a legal document for me in terms that I could understand! Town Variance

Agree with all other five star reviews!

Positive experience with Dean Schneller! He assisted me with a real estate matter. There was some urgency, initially, and Dean jumped right in. Unlike other lawyers (in my experience) he was efficient and honorable. His rate was very fair! Absolutely recommend!

Great Lawyer

We used Schneller law for a real estate closing on a 3 season camp. Throughout the entire process Dean and Kim were great to work with. They were highly responsive and communicated well through the entire process. Being from out of state, this was especially appreciated. I highly recommend Dean and his firm.

Will and Real Estate Excellence!

Unbeknownst to me, Dean's practice inherited my Mom's will when her attorney retired a few years, so I came to Dean without having ever met him or dealing with his practice. He made time for me during a very busy week (Thanksgiving) as I was only going to be in town for a couple of days. He guided me through everything when it came time to deal with her estate and clearly outlined my choices. In-person, on the phone, and by email, he made sure I understood my options and provided his guidance to help keep me safe from common pitfalls. Fast forward five months and it was time to sell my Mom's house; there was no one else I was going to let handle my affairs beside Dean. He engineered everything clearly so I could do what I needed to do from Ohio and the closing was lightning fast and went without a hitch. Everyone I dealt with at the office (Lynn and Kim) were exceptionally responsive, polite, and made me feel like I was the only person they were dealing with in the moment, something I've not always experienced with other attorneys.

Extremely professional & a pleasure to work with.

Dean has always been extremely professional and courteous. He was able to explain complex contracts in a way that was very easy to understand, thus making our decisions more informed. Having a lawyer that is no only professional, but extremely diligent has made it easier for us to focus on what's important; building our business. I HIghly Recommend This Attorney

I was in need of a criminal attorney and i didnt know anyone in the area to ask to give me a referral. Luckily i found Dean Schneller and I could not have found a better choice. Top Notch

Dean represented me in a criminal matter and his connections and knowledge resulted in a very positive outcome for me. He kept me well informed throughout the process and was able to resolve and expedite my case quickly. After his initial consultation I felt at ease. Real Estate Closing

I had the pleasure in working with Dean on a Real Estate Closing for the buyer. I had called Dean on behalf of my buyer and Dean talked to me right away. I explained that this closing was going to be very quick and needed to close within 30 days. Dean got the job done in 3 weeks. He was very professional and accommodating. Competent and reliable

Dean has been very good at communicating at each step of my legal process. Dean is engaging and energetic. He doesn't let files sit and gather dust. He has listened to my concerns and addressed each to the best of his ability. He explains when and where some situations could have different results. Real Estate Transaction

Recently, Mr. Schneller handled the particulars of a real estate transaction that I was involved with. Right from the start of our meeting he explained the relevant issues that he found lurking in the details, handled any questions I had with a friendly respect and courtesy, and made sure that I understood the fine print of the contract language before I made any monetary decisions. In my dealings with Mr. Schneller I can say that I walked away from his office feeling that he covered all the necessary points, helped me understand what I was signing, and provided well rounded legal advice that allowed me to understand what was put in front of me.

Kayla's Review; Dean Schneller

Dean was very good at letting me know what was going on at all times. He informed me via email of any changes to my charges, and of any new imformation that came up. He always showed up to my court dates and talked to me before and after seeing the judge to explain to me what was going to happen, and he did so with time so that i would understand completely what was going on. He is repectful and informational. Dean is a very good lawyer and I was very lucky to have been appointed to him, and I am thankful to him for helping me get out of a sticky situation. I would recomend him to who ever gets in trouble with the law.
