I pray Andrew Brockway gets disbarred before he can ruin anymore family's. He has fought harder for dss and to help their attorney then he has ever work for my case. If you want a fighting chance to keep your kids and win your case, please stay away from Andrew Brockway. He is a talker and a dreamer ...till he gets in court then he is a complete mess.

Zero Stars!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN MONEY!! He puts on a good front when you meet him. He has ZERO follow through. It’s always a cat and mouse game to even get a response (after he takes your refundable retainer) My case never saw light in a court room. It was withdrawn before court. I paid Andrew $2...000 and as I understand he is owed something for his time. He told me for the first 6 months the withdrawal hadn’t come through-on his end yet. Then completely stopped responding for the following 6 months. He and his secretary have been giving me the run around for over a year now. Once I threatened a civil claims. He posted that my case had concluded under my review which is very much untrue. My case never went to court!!! He is completely disrespectful, and has threatened me to take down reviews I had wrote in order to get my money back. I tried to be nice to not “ruin his business” however, he still refuses to respond via phone call or email. I took them down and still no check. Be very weary of this man. He is a wolf in sheep clothing.

After 17 years of marriage and 3 children later I found myself going through a divorce. To say it was difficult is an understatement. There were so many questions and stress. I found Andrew through family who highly recommended him. He did not disappoint. He answered all of my questions. He was emp...athetic and was more concerned about making sure things were done in mine and my children's best interest vs dragging the situation out with empty promises in order to get a bigger pay day. He never gave me false hope in situations and never made me feel like I was a burden though I know he is extremely busy. In the end he ended up having the faith of me, my children and even my ex husband. As he was the only one who was looking out for all of our futures, my ex husband even entrusted him in the end. If you want a genuine, empathetic, family oriented lawyer, see Andrew. Despite this being a very difficult situation, he made the process as easy as can be and in the end became even a friend. This is what small towns need. More individuals who care about the families in need instead of making an already difficult process longer in order to get a bigger pay out in the end.

I retained Andrew, for a Family Court matter. Two weeks later we had a court date. He showed up unprepared , And confused as to the matter we were there for. he had copys of all documents that the court had sent me for the court date. So this should not of been the case. He requested an adjournme...nt , to prepare a modification. Basically to get him off the hook for being unprepared. Before this next court date he asked me to set up a phone conference with him to discuss the case. First appointment was set and it was a no call from him on that day. I called his office , He wasn’t in the office, they could not tell me when he would be back. They Allowed me to set another date for this phone conference. And again on that date he was a no call and not in the office. So you can probably understand my frustration when he showed up to the next court date unprepared again. He had not prepared anything for the modification he asked for the adjournment for The money I paid him was a complete waste. I got zero legal advice, And zero legal representation from him. Him and his office are very unprofessional My advice to you is to find a different attorney or represent yourself
