Kurt Gerard Mausert

I was a single mother trying to maintain primary physical custody of my young son and Kurt Mausert failed to make that happen. He actually basically gave the father 50/50 custody which is still effecting myself and my son to this day. I would say if you are a mother looking to hire a lawyer for a c...hild custody case to steer clear of hiring Kurt Mausert.

I cannot recommend Kurt highly enough. He has handled several family court matters for me, as well as a personal injury case for a family member -- all with great success. He is extremely responsive (sometimes getting replies to emails on weekends). He and his staff are very friendly and pleasant ...to deal with. He is an aggressive advocate for his clients.

Kurt was amazing! Not only was he responsive to my every question and reassuring when I was so upset about the way the police handled my case, but he managed the case to a great outcome so my reputation and pocketbook were not destroyed. I love his easy-going, direct style, and his office staff is ...also very responsive. He also seems to know every judge in the immediate universe and because they think highly of him, they are very inclined to work with him and respect his recommendations.

Kurt is the best lawyer in this entire area. He is aggressive, smarter than most of the judges around and will go above and beyond to help his clients.
