Kurt Gerard Mausert

I cannot recommend Kurt highly enough. He has handled several family court matters for me, as well as a personal injury case for a family member -- all with great success. He is extremely responsive (sometimes getting replies to emails on weekends). He and his staff are very friendly and pleasant ...to deal with. He is an aggressive advocate for his clients.

I unfortunately was injured by a reckless assailant who was intoxicated one evening while out with some friends enjoying some live entertainment at a local nightclub.
