He is fair, ethical and you will come out the situation much more informed and comfortable around law enforcement entirely because I know I have him in my back pocket. He was simpathatic to some cash flow issues I had and we worked out a simple payment plan for his services and worked with various towns and the state to make sure all my fines were paid on-time.
