I retained Gail to handle a very difficult custody appeal (I was an appellate lawyer for years in a different jurisdiction and different practice area.) She jumped in, knew the law from the get-go, and was a pleasure to work with. Her brief was focused and on point and her oral argument was ex...cellent. There was a hot bench with several questions on the main point but also side issues. She was poised and masterful. In the end, she acheived a 4-0 reversal of a decision that was within the trial court's discretion. Then, on remand to the trial court, she negotiated final details with foresight and finess.
