Gail seems educated on the law but does not respect her clients. Very rude, simply hangs up the phone. When I called back she said, "I just hung up..", and goes on to say calmly, "so how can I help you..?". She used profanity directed towards me several times. Unfortunately, she was not as tough on o...ur advisary in court! I kept my cool, fired her and retained different counsel. I would not recommend!

Gail Rubenfeld is a good lawyer as far as knowing the law. When it comes to respect towards others including her own clients she is very disrespectful at all times. She ignores phone calls. constantly. I for one have been her office and witnessed her ignoring calls and then slanders them while listen...ing to the message. Confidentiality is lacked tremendously with her business. She is a lawyer that knows law but, has no respect when it comes to hearing what you are trying to sy
