Anyone reading this should do their own research, including researching AI and other resources, before simply believing everything an attorney says. In my experience, he was verbally abusive and did not represent himself professionally in court. He often tried to intimidate me into settling rather than going to trial. My advice is simple: don't be afraid of trial. A trial gives you a voice. It allows you to present your evidence, tell your side of the story, and have a judge hear the facts. It isn't nearly as scary as some attorneys make it seem.

Throughout my case, my ex-husband was permitted to disregard provisions of our stipulation w...ithout consequences, and Kevin failed to hold him accountable for his repeated noncompliance. Instead of protecting my interests and those of my children, I was often left feeling disregarded, silenced, and was verbally abused. Kevin also intimidated me into believing that I had no choice but to leave the marital home with my children and that I had no profit from the sale of the marital home either. He lied to me! As a result, we were forced to vacate which ultimately led to homelessness and tremendous hardship for my children & I. Just so everyone understands, child support and spousal maintenance issues cannot be litigated for 3 years, or under significant circumstances, so it’s important to make the right decision from the beginning during your divorce. And regarding spousal maintenance, I should’ve received 5 years, but Kevin said I was only entitled to 2 1/2 years. The consequences of poor representation can follow you for years. Anyone reading this should do their own research, including researching AI and other resources, before simply believing everything an attorney says. Kevin was unprofessional and stated he’s not a trial litigator so he preferred to settle the case. He manipulated me under duress, causing me so much distress into a settlement under false pretenses, and NOTHING in my favor. He did not represent himself professionally in court and intimidated me into settling to avoid going to trial. My advice is simple: don't be afraid of trial. A trial gives you a voice. Do I expect to hire a lawyer to win a case no matter what? NO. Do I expect a lawyer to hold my hand and tell me everything is going to be fine and the world is made up of marshmallows? NO. What I expect is a attorney who takes your money to 1. Communicate with his client 2. Demand/find facts pertai...ning to his clients case 3. Fight for his client 4. Be somewhat honest (can’t expect complete honesty from anyone) 5. Have some level of professionalism. Respect is earned not given. Kevin puts on a decent show, gives you some false hope. Literally as soon as he demanded the payment for retainer he left the room and didn’t come back. Reschedules first court date and doesn’t notify me, doesn’t have his office notify me. Deliberately gave me the wrong time for court appearance. If he did honestly mix up the time then his incompetence is even more concerning. I fired my first attorney because he committed malpractice and Kevin is honestly worse. I found 2 very high end attorneys who I wanted to replace Kevin with and they won’t touch my case because “the attorneys” made a complete mess of my case. Seriously look elsewhere or represent yourself. Save yourself the money, stress and time you will waste on Kevin and his incompetencey.

Kevin is not a good lawyer he doesn’t put time in your matter he takes your money and. Runs took a 5k retainer from me blocked me and wouldn’t return my calls Or wront return my file this guy is someone not to do bussiness with I think the attorney general needs to be contacted to see how many others... this has happend to or to see if he Licence to practice or one that takes money and runs !!
