This was the best legal experience I could have imagined. I’m incredibly appreciative of Philip Wellner. I was hit with a sudden divorce—realized on April 28. I reached out May 5, was contacted May 6, and he began even before I had the retainer. By May 13, after I paid, he’d already drafted the case!... On May 21, I asked for edits—he heard me, advised me, and we talked it through. That kind of openness and willing to collaborate with a legal advisor is rare. By May 24, everything was signed and submitted! A signature I forgot was included June 11, and when I checked on June 16, the case had already been sent to the judge—he’d even gotten it on the roster back in May!
