My goal is to help both consumers and small businesses navigate difficult times as well as avoid recurring financial stress down the road.  I bring twenty years of experience handling business disputes and bankruptcies to bear on behalf of clients needing legal assistance arising from financial challenges.  

II represent individuals in a variety of situations with the goal of avoiding bankruptcy if possible through proactive debt management of medical bills, student loan payments, mortgages and credit card debt.  I also keep an eye out for predatory lending practices that may be present in auto loans, reverse mortgages, and other debt aimed at financially challenged individuals. I believe the deck keeps getting stacked higher and higher against the hard-working middle class, and I will use every legal tool in my toolbox to help even things out.

In addition to bankruptcy and pre-bankruptcy counseling, I represent businesses in contract and lease negotiations, disputes with vendors and suppliers, and any other legal issues arising from cash flow or business disruption problems.
