Horrible experience. Blatantly overbilled for thousands of dollars. Forced to switch lawyers after spending almost 20k to get nowhere. seemed to be working for my wife and not me.. No vested interest in her client. Found out after the fact she was not fightling for what I was entitled to under NYS L...aw.

I originally went to another lawyer who told me all I would get was 25% of my husband's salary. I was going to sign the papers then I met with Julie. The case took a long time but I ended up about 10 x what the first lawyer wanted me to sign off on. She got me maintenance plus child support. Also..., the first attorney missed a lot of assets that Julie knew to ask about. There was a lot of money in my case and she got me everything I was entitled to. Bottom line, I am set for life. I would call her on her cell and she would call me back night or day. If I emailed her, she got right back to me. It has been several years but I am so glad I found Julie. To this day, if I need anything I call her and she takes care of it. She has been my lawyer, my adviser and my friend for many years and I would never go anywhere else.

My spouse and I hired Mrs. LoBiondo together to mediate our case. We had already been to another mediator and were about to go to divorce court but decided to give mediation one more try with Mrs. LoBiondo. She was very caring, especially about our children. We settled the whole case in less than ...3 sessions, and paid a fraction of what we would have paid for a divorce. She was very knowledgeable and spent lots of additional time with us, even meeting us on a weekend. I really feel a big burden has been lifted and we can all go on with our lives now. I am very glad that we found her.

We are in a case that is "on going", however, Mrs. Lobiondo has been wonderful. She has kept us informed and up-to-date. I admire her spunk and her knowledge of the law. She doesn't "sugar coat" any issue and is upfront about everything. We have put the destiny of our lives in her hands and we ha...ve faith and trust in her ability.
