Juliana Lobiondo

I don't normally write reviews but I am very thankful to Juliana and her staff. She helped me through a difficult time and her main concern was always getting me a good setlement and saving me money. Although the case started out as a divorce lawsuit by my ex, we were able to settle it without maki...ng any court appearances. I was very impressed by how dedicated Juliana was, she was willing to drop everything to work on my case when there was something important going on. She also met me at the office after 6 pm and on Saturday because I work long hours. I would highly recommend her as a divorce attorney and her staff was good too.

When I first met Juliana many years ago, what struck me is that she has photos of her family and her kids all over her office, and I liked that she cares so much about family and kids. I was really hoping to settle my case and Juliana tried hard to settle it but my ex just wouldn't budge. The judge... tried to force me to accept a deal that would have tied up all my income for years. But Juliana helped me hire a great expert witness who really came through. In the end, I ended up getting 50/50 custody of my kids, who are now in college. I feel they are better off because I was able to be there for them 50 of the time. It's been many years but I am so thankful I hired Juliana and would highly recommend her. I have sent many people to her and I will continue to do so.

Juliana represented me in a divorce action back when I was in graduate school. She did a great job at trial, and we spent a great deal of time prepping the case. Although I am a skilled professional, lawyering is not my profession and it was important to have someone with me who would listen and he...lp me understand what was going on. Juliana exceeded my expectations, she was available to me at all times, even coming in on weekends to prep the trial. She also knew I was in graduate school and allowed me to go on a payment plan, which was very helpful at the time. Julie LoBiondo was my divorce attorney, she really helped me a lot. i started out with my wife bringing false charges against me and having no visitation. She event prepped for trial with me at her home office every night after the trial. We worked as a team and she was able to subpoena and find out all kinds of assets that my wife had hidden away and which I got 50% of. And she really cared about me and my child so I am very grateful to her and very grateful she agreed to take my case. If it were not for her I do not know where my child and i would be right now. I originally went to another lawyer who told me all I would get was 25% of my husband's salary. I was going to sign the papers then I met with Julie. The case took a long time but I ended up about 10 x what the first lawyer wanted me to sign off on. She got me maintenance plus child support. Also..., the first attorney missed a lot of assets that Julie knew to ask about. There was a lot of money in my case and she got me everything I was entitled to. Bottom line, I am set for life. I would call her on her cell and she would call me back night or day. If I emailed her, she got right back to me. It has been several years but I am so glad I found Julie. To this day, if I need anything I call her and she takes care of it. She has been my lawyer, my adviser and my friend for many years and I would never go anywhere else.
