Juliana Lobiondo

Juliana represented me in a divorce action back when I was in graduate school. She did a great job at trial, and we spent a great deal of time prepping the case. Although I am a skilled professional, lawyering is not my profession and it was important to have someone with me who would listen and he...lp me understand what was going on. Juliana exceeded my expectations, she was available to me at all times, even coming in on weekends to prep the trial. She did a great job and I ended up keeping my professional license as separate property. This allowed me to start out my new life in a great position. I have since happily remarried and have a wonderful family with my new wife. I am very thankful for Juliana and very happy I went to her. Unfortunately, I have known quite a few people who have needed her services and everyone who I have referred to her has thanked me. There is no one else like her out there, I honestly don't think any other attorney would have taken this much time for me. She also knew I was in graduate school and allowed me to go on a payment plan, which was very helpful at the time. On behalf of my current wife and myself, I heartily thank Juliana and her staff for everything they have done for me.

After hiring this lawyer, I felt confident that she would present my divorce case in Supreme Court professionally and fight for my rights, but she did nothing of the sort. There was even a time I went to discuss with her, before court matters, and she rudely told me to be quiet and that I don't liste...n. Til this day, that still bothers me because all I did was simply ask solid questions pertaining to my case matter. I find her to be very rude and unprofessional. Everything I wanted to fight for in court wasn't addressed by her. Instead she decided to work with my ex wife and get her off scott-free without paying a dime for her actions of offense and legal fees. I sat in court while Juliana brought my ex wife into a private room acting as if she was representing her on what to do. Meanwhile I was stuck with paying close to $4,000 in legal fees for a basic divorce. She has a poor attitude about her. I clearly can see she isn't the best lawyer for the job as she has a comment from another individual about her poor legal practice. She never got back to me before proceedings, never once called me, always said she was busy, and her paralegal was very rude as I payed my money on time. Her paralegal threatened me that if I didn't pay on time that I would be sued, what a joke. This coming from a law firm who I hired to help me fight in my matters and treated me disrespectfully, like a second-class citizen. This law firm is horrible and it ended up costing me more than a traditional law firm. Do yourself a favor and hire a lawyer less expensive and who will actually fight for your justice as they are hired to do.

We are in a case that is "on going", however, Mrs. Lobiondo has been wonderful. She has kept us informed and up-to-date. I admire her spunk and her knowledge of the law. She doesn't "sugar coat" any issue and is upfront about everything. We have put the destiny of our lives in her hands and we ha...ve faith and trust in her ability.
