Awesome Attorney

Mr. Rusk was definitely the best thing that ever happened to me regarding my automobile accident! He was very knowledgeable and always made me feel like he had my best interest at heart. His expertise allowed me to receive the full amount of the insurance policy. He always worked so hard and kept me ...informed along the way. My wife and I found ourselves in unfamiliar territory after she was injured in an accident on the highway involving her little Corolla and an eighteen wheeler. We lost the vehicle and she had to go through medical treatment as well as physical therapy to deal with her pain. Although the accident was ...not her fault it still took some time before she gained confidence behind the wheel again. Our lives were changed and it was a hard road to recovery. A friend recommended John Rusk and I’m glad we met with him. He made sure the process was no more difficult than it had to be. From our first meeting, he was professional while also appearing to be sincere in his concern. The meetings after that just reaffirmed this first impression. He worked hard on our behalf. He was through and responsive, ensuring we understood the process during each step. The most important factor was how his competence allowed us to develop a level of trust with him. We can’t undo what has already been done and I wish no one would have to go through anything like that but if it happens, I would absolutely recommend John. My wife still goes for treatment regularly but we don’t have to worry about compromising that treatment in anyway. John got us the necessary compensation so we can have peace of mind knowing she will continue to get the help she needs. We are also able to replace the car. Sometimes people will feel guilt when they are in an accident even if it was through no fault of their own. If a loved one has been hurt and they are not taking the steps to secure their ability to care of themselves long term, they need our support, it’s up to us to help them. It is not an easy process. I am so grateful to have had John on our side fighting for us so that I could better focus on taking care of my wife and our family through this.

Professional, attentive, meticulous and caring.

John took my auto accident case knowing it would be difficult and turned it around despite the constant hurdles. He poured through mountains of medical records, managed many witnesses through trial, and adeptly neutralized opposing counsel's expert. I was regularly updated on the status of the case.... Legal strategies and requirements were explained to me in terms I could understand. My opinion was sought where appropriate and my feelings were respected at all times. I was very fortunate to have him on my side through an extremely traumatic time. Talk to John. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing Attorney

John represented my mother when she had a terrible fall and broke her wrist. My parents absolutely loved working with John. Whenever my parents needed to ask John something I was the one who contacted him for them. John always got back to me immediately and answered every question I had.
