Paid our invoice in full to process a simple divorce. Was told the papers were waiting on the judges signature for 4 months. Finally took it upon myself to call the County Clerk/Court and was informed the papers had never been filed. Not only we were lied to about the status of the papers - she di...d not file them in the time frame we were told. She does not return calls and has her staff screen all incoming call. Two years later and still not complete! I giver her a 0 if allowed.
