Municipal Liability Defense: Representation of various municipalities (counties, cities, towns) at both the state and federal levels involving constitutional claims (excessive force, false arrest, etc.) and claims of personal injury.

Representation of primarily employer defendants sued in state and federal court actions, together with claims brought before the New York State Division of Human Rights and the EEOC, relating to labor and employment claims (discrimination, harassment, wage disputes, etc.).

Representation of various individuals, municipalities and corporate entities at both the state and federal venues (premises liability, automobile/trucking litigation, products liability).
