Compassionate and a fighter

Jim will spend whatever time is necessary to evaluate your case and explain the process to you. He is tenacious and the insurance companies fear him. He is not afraid to take your case to trial if the doctor's insurance company won't pay what he thinks they should. He will invest the necessary tim...e and money to win your case. He and his law partner Charlene, (who has a medical background), make an incredible team at trial. It's no surprise that Jim has been named one of the top 10 best litigators.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
