Biography
I have a background in general civil litigation with a focus in employment and civil rights law. I've dealt extensively with federal and state anti-discrimination laws and wage and hour laws and have represented clients in jury trials, administrative hearings and mediations. I have wide-ranging experience drafting and negotiating severance and separation agreements and counseling small businesses. In 2018, I began a mediation practice. In addition to providing mediation (mostly for employment disputes), I am on the following court mediation panels: SDNY, EDNY, NDNY, Second Dept Appellate Division, Commercial Division, and 3rd Judicial Dept.

Employment Case
Rachel is very personable and has a great communication style. She responds promptly to emails and the few times I haven't been able to reach her directly by phone, she has responded within the same business day. She was also excellent at determining the best way to resolve my employment issue.
