It was a Saturday after 5pm and Martin Bonventre and his team were the first to respond to my call when I needed legal counsel the most. The DUI penalties are harsh and you will probably have to face them. Martin will answer all of your questions, return your calls, and stand by you in court. He will not be able to go back in time and change your situation. My county is more worried about their conviction rate % then each case so m...y deal wasn't the best. I was arrested for DWI in late April, 2014. I had never been arrested, nor had I ever needed legal representation. It's my job to worry about that," and "Don't worry, it's my job to take care of that. Just do what you do and enjoy your weekend." I honestly feel that I could not have been better represented. We were fully prepared for every court appearance, and Martin told me what to expect for each one, answering each and every question I had. I felt comfortable communicating my needs, concerns, and questions with him; he addressed each one thoughtfully and without judgment. I would recommend Martin to any friend or family member who was in need of legal representation.
