Ida Rose Nininger

Ida Rose Nininger is a Partner at Parlatore Law Group and has the experience and passion to handle all your litigation, employment, real estate, civil rights, and disability needs. Her empathetic and thoughtful approach to client counsel, combined with early career experience in fast-paced New York City litigation, have molded her into a personable, yet effective attorney successfully providing legal representation across many fields of law to a variety of clients.

Ms. Nininger is dedicated to representing individuals and small businesses in their legal matters pertaining to civil litigation, discrimination, contracts, real estate, and estate planning. She advised a non-fiction author on risk management and intellectual property considerations for the author’s newest project. Additionally, she has assisted both small-town establishment and elite professional employees in reviewing and re-negotiating employment contracts and represented victims of employment discrimination in pre-litigation claims and proceedings. Ms. Nininger has both advised tenants with lease disputes, and represented small, local landlords in tenancy issues. Additionally, she provides in-house counsel to small local businesses, providing the highest quality legal representation at affordable cost, with “small-town” approach.

Before joining Parlatore Law Group, Ms. Nininger worked in the medical malpractice defense field where she was quickly elevated to the position of Senior Associate at the most reputable medical malpractice defense firm in New York City. While representing some of the pre-eminent physicians and hospitals in the world, Ms. Nininger managed client and insurer relationships, wrote Summary Judgment motions for complex medical cases, drafted reports on case developments, conducted depositions, and prepared cases for trial. A thorough researcher and writer, Ms. Nininger is always prepared and fearless in her execution.

In addition to her legal work, Ms. Nininger also is a member of the New York State Bar Association, and a Fellow for Life with the Albert Schweitzer Fellowship. She has dedicated her time as a volunteer with pro bono immigration clinics and organizations serving disabled adults and children. Ida serves on the Board of Directors of the non-profit, volunteer-run Harlem River Community Rowing, and locally, Ida pursues her love of rowing with the Aqueduct Rowing Club.

She is admitted to practice in New York.

She currently lives in Green Island, the smallest town in New York State.
