Hello, and thank you for visiting my profile! I have over 30 years of experience as a Matrimonial/Family Law attorney who now limits his practice to Mediation. I have been certified as a Mediator for many years. Mediation allows individuals in conflict to play an active role in resolving their differences. As a neutral facilitator I strive to help people make decisions together, providing them with control of the process, flexibility in making fully informed, customized decisions, and the ability to deal with each other with personal integrity. As a participant in mediation, you create the agreement and you control the process. Legal costs and fees are less than those incurred in litigation, an agreement can be reached in a timely manner, and the entire process remains private.
