Patrick Tyler Esq.

As an associate at Tully Rinckey PLLC, Patrick primarily practices labor and employment law. Patrick represents employees on various employment law matters including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and adverse actions.

Prior to joining the team, Patrick was a legislative fellow with the New York State Senate and gained experience drafting healthcare legislation, memorandums, and letters to government agencies.

Patrick has also gained vast analytical legal experience through his participation in various internship and externship opportunities. While attending law school, Patrick worked as a judicial extern with the U.S. Department of Labor and gained experience drafting workers’ compensation decisions and settlement orders.

Prior to joining the firm, Patrick also worked as an intern with the Healthcare Association of New York State where he had the opportunity to research the impact of state and federal health insurance legislation.

Patrick obtained his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School, where he graduated cum laude and was the senior editor of the Government Law Review. During law school Patrick interned for judges at both the trial and appellate level of the court system and gained extensive experience in labor and employment law. Previously, Patrick received a Bachelor of Arts in European History from the University of Vermont. Patrick was born and raised in Essex Junction, Vermont. In his free time Patrick enjoys golf, ice hockey, skiing and hiking.
