After languishing for 4 months with an attorney who demanded a steep up front fee and then never filed, leaving us in a worse situation, I searched and found Richard Croak. I have richard croak as a bankruptcy lawyer and he is very much not helpfull when i call him to ask any questions he is very rude about things and won't give me the answers i am looking for to me a lawyer is suppose to be helpfull and be able to give u answers but not in this case so anybody out ther...e looking to go bankruped think twice about it before u jump into something that isn't the right answer we have been taken for we wish we had done it different now it's to late once u do it u can't go back because they make it very hard for u.
