I am a partner at the law firm of Mack & Associates, PLLC, and spearhead the practice's criminal defense and personal injury divisions. I am a seasoned trial attorney, and have earned statewide recognition for my criminal trial defense work, my appellate successes, and my work as a personal injury attorney specializing particularly in automobile accident litigation. My other practice areas include estate planning, estate administration, parole revocation proceedings, probation violation proceedings, DWI defense, residential real estate, and general civil litigation, and my practice spans the counties of Greene, Columbia, Albany, Schenectady, Sullivan, St. Lawrence, Rensselaer, Montgomery, Essex, Warren, Saratoga, Fulton, Schoharie and Washington.
I graduated in 2001 Summa Cum Laude from St. Lawrence University, where I finished ninth in my class and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. In 2004, I earned my Juris Doctor by graduating Summa Cum Laude from Albany Law School, where I finished sixth in my class. I am presently an active member of the New York State Defender’s Association, which is an organization dedicated to ensuring that criminal defendants throughout the State receive zealous and competent legal representation.
In addition, I am the firm’s resident adventure seeker, for I enjoy hiking Adirondack high peaks, riding roller coasters, extreme skiing, rock climbing, skydiving, whitewater rafting and high altitude mountaineering. I have traveled the Amazon rain forest, rafted some of the Northeast's most aggressive whitewater rapids, scuba-dived the Caribbean, hang glided over Europe, hiked the Swiss Alps, skied Spain’s Sierra Nevada mountain range, traversed the glaciers of Mont-Blanc in Chamonix France, and participated in a guided expedition on Mount Rainier. I have most recently returned from a rock climbing trip to Moab, Utah and anxiously await my next adventure.
