I would hire this man if I ever got in trouble again! he recently was my public defender.i called a private attorney in Kingston that said most likely i would get dwi because of the accident and one alcohol conviction on my record I thought to save the money and got nervous at arraignment because i ...didn’t get to talk to anyone before I was in front of the judge.in the first 20 seconds or so john found some inconsistencies in my tickets and began arguing with the judge and prosecutor about taking my license. he set it for a hearing to keep my license . i got to keep my license.. he asked me 2 weeks after if i wanted a trial or a plea bargain and explained the strengths and weaknesses of my case. i took a reckless and never lost my license thanks for not being afraid to fight

I got in pulled over at night and charged with dwi. i thought I was going to lose my license for months and months and go to jail. mr. Mccartin looked at the case and said the reason for my stop was bad he explained what this all meant in plain english and never spoke down to me. the judge and prosec...utor at first court date wanted to take my license at court but. he convinced them not to. he told me upfront be prepared that this was going to take a couple of months so he could file motions. after about two months i plead guilty to violation of disorderly conduct $300 fine and kept my license . thanks again john
