Hired James for 3k , we paid the full, but he dropped out of my case the day of court months later due to a better job offer, we are poor, we used all the savings we had to save my child with non verbal Autism from being with his negligent, abusive/suicidal father. We didn’t get a penny back, as he s...pent it instead of what others lawyers do, set aside. We were still step 1 in our fight. His last words were “at least I found out some information for you, you wouldn’t have that…….” Google could have given me that info. I was blind sided having not been through this with a lawyer before, I agreed to dropping him as my lawyer because I thought a lawyer would be stepping in or he would be filing one last petition,, nothing was detailed or explained to me, i was shocked when he told the court that I (me!)) wanted the case to be dismissed and right there it was over, I cried for weeks! Don’t use James gross for a custody lawyer.
