Marc Ryan Pallozzi

I hired Marc Pallozzi for a DWI I got in Albany County. For anyone who knows that County, you know how difficult it can be to negotiate a deal or fight the charge. Marc approached my case very differently than I would have expected. After reviewing my charges, and hearing my side of the story, the... first thing he did was research the boundary map of the village I was in. I never would have expected that to be a real issue. Apparently the officer in my case pulled me over 200 meters outside of his jurisdiction, and Marc was able to articulate that to the prosecutor and Judge in such a convincing way that the DWI charge was dropped. Marc is quick-witted and thorough. If there is a defense to be found, he will find it.

Early last year I had a traffic matter in upstate NY. I heard that Mr. Pallozzi was very good at dealing with the issue I was facing. I started doing my research into him and decided I should call him to help me in the matter. and after a friendly and brief series of emails I decided to have him... represent me. He was fantastic and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. In my opinion, at no time did he rush me or discount my thoughts or feelings. During a trip to to Upstate NY I had a run in with an overzealous investigator who made the next several weeks/months of my life difficult both physically and emotionally. Mr, Pallozzi was able to not only guide me through this difficult time but also provide me the with knowledge about how to address other concerns to keep me headed in the right direction. I am very grateful for his professionalism and persistence as a legal practitioner. I have refereed several of my friends to his law practice and all have had similar results/feelings. Mr. Pallozzi, himself makes you feel listened to and taken care of.

Marc was fantastic in assisting me in addressing a potentially problematic traffic infraction.
