Marc Ryan Pallozzi

I hired Mr. pallozzi to help with a tenant who had not paid rent in 8 months, trashed the apartment, threatened me, and refused to leave. I tried handling the case myself and the case was dismissed because I did not do the paperwork the right way. Mr. Pallozzi took special care to make sure all the... forms were properly filled out, filed, and served. When the tenant showed up in court with an attorney from legal aid, Mr. Palozzi was able to counter every single one of there arguments. The Judge agreed and evicted the tenant. I wish things were easier to do yourself in Court, but if there not, call Mr. Pallozzi.

I hired Marc and Matt Chauvin to deal with a DWI. They did a careful review of the evidence and were able to convince the Judge that the paperwork wasn't legally enough to charge me with the crimes. After Marc filed motions, Matt argued them in front of the Judge and the whole case was thrown out. I... am really grateful for the both of them.

I hired Marc Pallozzi for a DWI I got in Albany County. For anyone who knows that County, you know how difficult it can be to negotiate a deal or fight the charge. Marc approached my case very differently than I would have expected. After reviewing my charges, and hearing my side of the story, the... first thing he did was research the boundary map of the village I was in. I never would have expected that to be a real issue. Apparently the officer in my case pulled me over 200 meters outside of his jurisdiction, and Marc was able to articulate that to the prosecutor and Judge in such a convincing way that the DWI charge was dropped. Marc is quick-witted and thorough. If there is a defense to be found, he will find it.

Marc was fantastic in assisting me in addressing a potentially problematic traffic infraction. He was able to assist navigating the issue swiftly, clearly and with an outcome that I was very pleased with. His professionalism was fantastic and I’d recommend him and would retain him again in the futu...re for a similar matter.

When I hired Marc I was in panic mode. I had never been charged with a crime before. I never thought I would be. Marc took his time walking me through what to expect, what not to expect, and answered all of my rambling questions. He was very relatable. He explained that he used to work for the Dis...trict Attorney's office because he wanted to learn how to put a case together so that he would be better at taking a case apart. Marc was able to work out a reduction of my charges. When we went to Court together I knew what to expect already. I watched as other attorneys walked to the front of Court and talked with the District Attorney. Many a grumpy old man engaged in very stern and almost defensive conversation with the District Attorney. When Marc approached he smiled, and shook her hand. He was the only attorney I saw do that. They exchanged a few words and then we went in front of the Judge. The whole process was very smooth. There were no surprises. I left with a violation, and a fine. Obviously I never want to get in trouble again. But if I do, I am calling Marc.
