We retained Katrin to obtain Grandparent's visitation rights to our grandchildren. Katrin first outlined a course of action to avoid going to court if possible. When that failed, she advised us as to the best way to be successful, with realistic expectations. The was empathetic to our situation and kept us appraised of the progress or lack thereof. She also was good at working with the opposing attorney, reaching a good compromise with the parent we were having difficulty with. While always professional, she also was very understanding and helpful in her dealings with my wife and me.
She also sent us regular statements so we knew exactly where we stood financially.
This is a lawyer with compassion, getting me through a tough situation, she is a true professional and knows the correct path to get you back on your feet

Caring professional attorney
I presented Kate Falco with a case that I was told by others was asking for something that was impossible to achieve due to the length of time. I explained it was based on principle I wanted to pursue my case. Ms. Falco sat with me explaining the possible outcomes, costs and the emotional baggage I could be dealing with. She listened to my concerns and respected my time concerns. Her staff was compassionate and always prepared to answer my questions. My case was one that I put off for reasons that were important to me. It did make my case more difficult to pursue but with diligence and team work WE WON my case. It is important to have some one who is willing to go the extra mile and take on the difficult issues. I highly recommend this knowledgeable, experienced and dedicated attorney to anyone looking for someone to give your case all it needs to win.

Great Job - Thank you!
I had full confidence in working with Kate. She always had time to take my calls, answer all of my questions and explain what was going on or what was going to happen next. Kate listened to what I wanted and fought for it but at the same time was honest and kept me aware of what other possible outcomes there could be so I wasn't surprised. I would definitely recommend Kate for her services and will call her if I ever need legal representation again.
