Anthony R. Ianniello is a partner in the law firm of Ianniello Anderson, P.C. and has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1971 with a concentration in the area of real estate law.
Ianniello Anderson, P.C. serves as settlement agent and closing attorney for more than 30 lending institutions throughout upstate New York and the Hudson Valley and Mohawk Valley regions. Mr. Ianniello and his firm represent commercial clients before almost every board in the Capital District involving land use planning and zoning matters. These projects have included major residential subdivisions, shopping centers, telecommunication installations, warehousing, office parks and landfill matters.
Mr. Ianniello is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Saratoga Auto Museum, a member of the Board of Directors of the Saratoga Performing Arts Center and an active supporter of many charitable organizations throughout the Capital Region.
