Tim is a graduate of Siena College and the University at Buffalo Law School. He joined the firm after completing a judicial clerkship as an Appellate Court Attorney with the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department. In that role, Tim analyzed and wrote on a variety of cases characteristic of appellate practice, from tort, insurance, and contract-based claims to Family Court and criminal matters.
During law school, Tim was a member of UB Law’s National Trial Competition and National Civil Trial Competition teams, and received the Robert J. Connelly Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. He also worked as the Graduate Assistant for Research and Writing in UB’s Office of the President. At Siena, he was a four-year letter winner with the Siena College Men’s Division I Lacrosse Team, and served as Captain during his senior year. Tim was named to the Metro-Atlantic Athletic Conference’s “All-Academic Team” three times, and also served as President of his senior class.
Tim is a volunteer firefighter for the Elsmere Fire Company “A” Inc. in Delmar, New York, and is an Advisor to the Elsmere Junior Firefighter Explorer Post No. 30
