I hired Lance Simon in a very difficult spot. I needed someone to represent me the following day in a Family Court case in which I was unjustly accused by my wife. It was a very tense time in my life and Lance was there for me. Lance agreed to meet me at 7:30 at night and spent 2 hours reviewing m...y case so he could be prepared for the following day. Lance cleared his morning calender to be with me. Lance was very prepared to defend me and very good at reacting and responding to a tough opposing attorney. Lance Simon handled a case for me involving my business and my partner's ex wife where she made claims against us in an attempt to take a percentage of our company. Due to Lance's innovative and aggressive approach we succeeded to keep our business in tact with full ownership and she is now blocke...d from attempting to do so again in the future. Lance Simon handled a very difficult case for my business involving international trade and a customer who did not pay for merchandise delivered. Separated in 2004 divorced in 2005, My ex-husband fought to keep the kids to the point of harassment and even through an order of protection.
