Richard A. Rodriguez, Esq. – Co-Founder
Mr. Rodriguez concentrates in the practice areas of Insurance Coverage, First-Party Property, Subrogation, Matrimonial and Family Law, and Corporate Law.
Mr. Rodriguez has analyzed the potential liability in extensive and complex insurance matters as an attorney at the New York, New York office of Cozen O’Connor, P.C.
Mr. Rodriguez has also handled various subrogation matters through litigation as well as various complex premises liability matters.
Throughout Mr. Rodriguez’s Career, he has analyzed complex FINRA and NASD Industry dispute arbitration procedures and filings and drafted arbitration memoranda based on documented FINRA legal procedures.
In addition to being an accomplished insurance lawyer, Mr. Rodriguez is a well known Matrimonial and Family Law attorney, with extensive experience with the current New York State divorce statutes.
Mr. Rodriguez received his Juris Doctor from Touro Law, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, Cum Laude, where he was Articles Editor of the International Law Review and Parliamentarian of the Student Bar Association.
Mr. Rodriguez is admitted to practice in New York. He is aslo the Co-Chairman of the Nassau County Bar Association’s Young Lawyer’s Committee.
