Civil Rights Violation

I'd actually had Shneur in my sights for some time before emailing him, given the excellent reviews of his Firm's track record & website's content. He patiently took the time to listen & ask me questions even while I rambled on regarding an unpleasant Civil-Rights Violation episode. I didn't have muc...h time before a deadline to File a complaint Claim, and he explained the where, when, what, how & why all very clearly. A true human being!

quick full settlement. great process

Within a very short time period (approx 4 months) got us a full refund (over $60,000) for a small class action that was filed against several parties. He fought for a full refund and that his fee should be paid by the defendand and not from our funds even though we would have been willing to pay him ...from the settlement. We also were not expecting such quick closure on this matter. The defendant was ready to fight this until the bitter end and turned around very quickly once the suit was filed. We were kept well informed but not to the point that we felt like we were in middle of the mess. There were updates as progress was made. Overall very happy with the whole process and of course the outcome. We also felt that he really understood our problem and that he would fight for us because he believed in our side. I believe that is why the outcome was so good.

Shneur Nathan was the perfect lawyer for my case

I had a very challenging situation, both monetary and emotionally. Shneur Nathan was the consummate lawyer for me. He was totally attentive to all details, measured in his judgment, and wise in his counsel. All of his communications with us were detailed, but always clear to our laymen ears. My w...ife and I had total trust in his honesty and integrity throughout our ordeal. Dealing with Shneur Nathan made a difficult time period for us much easier. And the bottom line is that he delivered results that went truly beyond our expectations when the case began. At the end of the case, he was modest about his achievements and he expressed gratitude that he was able to be of help us. If every lawyer were of this caliber, we would have a much finer justice system. I most highly recommend him.
